Instamagic provides Instagram comment automation and direct message services. Our platform allows you to create automated responses to comments on your Instagram posts, including auto-reply comments and private direct messages triggered by specific keywords or any comment activity.

3. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Instagram API Usage

Our Service uses the Instagram Graph API. By using Instamagic, you authorize us to access your Instagram account data and perform actions on your behalf, including reading comments, posting replies, and sending direct messages. You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines when using our Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our Service
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the Instagram API through our platform

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Instamagic and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including automation rules and message templates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instamagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes any actions taken on your Instagram account through our automation tools.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account and contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
